Hey There
I’m Coach Tre, founder of the Ahnix Ravens Volleyball Club and a coach who believes in building athletes through discipline, confidence, and genuine connection. With five years of coaching experience, a background in law enforcement, and ongoing studies in Sport Management, I’m committed to creating a competitive, supportive environment where players grow on and off the court.

All About Coach Tre

Coach Tre is the kind of coach who doesn’t just show up to the court; he builds the court, the culture, and the expectations that make athletes want to rise. As the founder of Ahnix Ravens Volleyball Club, he took a simple idea to create a place where young athletes could grow. He turned it into a structured, competitive program now entering its second season with momentum and purpose.
His coaching journey began five years ago with recreational volleyball, where he learned how to teach fundamentals, motivate beginners, and spark a genuine love for the sport. That first year laid the groundwork for everything that came next.
After establishing himself at the rec level, Coach Tre stepped into middle school coaching, where he has now coached for three years and continues to coach today. For the first two of those years, he coached rec and middle school simultaneously, balancing two different levels of athlete development and sharpening his ability to adapt, communicate, and lead.
At the end of his second middle school season, Coach Tre expanded his coaching journey again by stepping into club volleyball, where he began developing competitive athletes and preparing them for higher‑level play. That experience ultimately led him to founding the Ahnix Ravens Volleyball Club, a program built on structure, discipline, and genuine care for athlete growth.
Coach Tre’s leadership didn’t come only from volleyball. He is currently in his ninth year of law enforcement, a career that shaped his communication style, discipline, and ability to lead under pressure. The court became another place where those skills mattered: clear expectations, structured environments, accountability, and a calm presence even when the game gets chaotic. Athletes feel that steadiness; they know he’s serious about the work, but they also know he genuinely cares about their development.
To elevate his coaching further, Coach Tre is pursuing a degree in Sport Management, studying athlete development, program operations, leadership, and sports psychology. This isn’t just a degree; it’s the engine behind how he builds the Ravens. Every class, every project, every concept becomes another tool he uses to strengthen the club’s structure, improve training systems, and create long‑term sustainability for the program.
Today, Tre stands at the intersection of experience, education, and passion. He’s a coach who builds athletes, a founder who builds programs, and a leader who builds culture. The Ravens aren’t just a club; they’re a vision he’s actively shaping, season after season.
