Sponsorship Agreement & Disclaimer Statement

By submitting this sponsorship form and completing payment, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Sponsor Classification

   • Once payment is processed and received, the contributor will be officially classified as a sponsor of the Ahnix Ravens Volleyball Club.

2. Sponsorship Levels

   • Sponsorship levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Onyx) are determined by the total amount contributed.

   • Multiple payments will be combined, and the sponsor’s level will increase automatically as cumulative contributions reach the next tier.

3. Recognition

   • Sponsors will be recognized on the club’s website and promotional materials according to their sponsorship level, unless anonymity is requested.

   • Player-specific sponsorships are applied directly to that athlete’s fees and are not reflected as official sponsorship recognition.

4. Use of Funds

   • All sponsorship contributions are used to support the mission of the Ahnix Ravens Volleyball Club, including athlete development, training, travel, and equipment.

5. Tax Disclaimer

   • The Ahnix Ravens Volleyball Club is a community organization. Sponsorship contributions may be tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance.

6. Refund Policy

   • Sponsorship contributions are non-refundable once processed.

7. Privacy Disclaimer

   • Personal information provided in this form will only be used for sponsorship processing and recognition purposes. We do not share or sell sponsor information.
